Payments and service providers
Online payment integrations may share the minimum information required with the selected payment provider. Ivanna Stay does not store complete card numbers. Infrastructure providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably required for bookings, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
