Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following policy applies unless a booking clearly states different terms.

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in: full refund.
  • Cancellation 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours before check-in, or no-show: no refund (first night charged).
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method (cash bookings: refunded at the property).
  • Date changes are free subject to availability, if requested at least 3 days before check-in.
  • To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your booking reference number.
  • Experiences and services: cancel at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.
